Molave Milk Station
I arrived at around 6 am in Barili, I wasn’t able to see the sunrise, I accidentally slept in the bus.
If by any chance the bus conductor wasn’t cautious enough, I probably be southern than here. I could smell the country side essence; the smell of trees, the chirping of birds, and the sound of wind gushing in my ears. This is what my heart desires, this is my happiness. I could feel my heart pounding harder but not with nervousness but excitement.
I wanted to go to the first plan, Molave Milk Station. In order to go to milk station, I had to ride habal-habal so I looked for one. The fare was PHP 20.00. It always depends on how you haggle, but I didn’t want to haggle much, I think the fare was fair enough. So, I rode it and went to milk station.
When I arrived at milk station, I thought it is still beautiful as it really was. It wasn’t my first time to explore the place, probably; twice or three times. I could hardly remember. I found myself smiling, the place is still peaceful.
I could see high trees, planted around the place. Yes, it’s milk station but you could buy other food than that; noodles, rice, shanghai, all depends on the availability. So, I took breakfast and enjoyed every bit of it.

I had my breakfast and here comes the interesting part, the ice-cream-tasting. I for one is a big fan of ice cream my all-time-favorite is “rocky-road”; consists of peanuts and marshmallows. I prefer the overloaded version; more peanuts and more marshmallows but I don’t usually eat the marshmallows. (Laughing shyly) I tasted their ice cream and it is by far the sweetest ice-cream, I’ve ever tasted for a 30 pesos (60 yen). I’ve never eaten such a sweet one, I love sweets but not too sweet. I reluctantly finished my ice cream but don’t worry most of the people love their ice cream, I think you’d like it, too.
